    Great product, so-so user interface

    I've been a Fitbit user for many years and previously used another version before changing to the ONE. First impressions are good. The battery life is amazing compared to my other (earlier) Fitbit's. The carrier (holster/clip) is also superior to the earlier versions. One thing that the company still hasn't figured out is the user interface. I find it not at all intuitive, and the directions weak at best. The 'go-to' answer from the company is now, and always has been "go to the community boards for help". Read that: we don't want to be bothered with hiring a good tech writer or do any usability tests, we'll just let them Google it" OK, that is a little harsh, but so is the experience in setting up my new Fitbit as was my experience when new OS's were released and the FB software ...

    Great fitbit, so hard to find one that works now that it's been discontinued

    I love the Fitbit One. It is small and can be put in your pocket so your fitness is monitored discreetly. I do not like fitness watches so this model completely meets my needs. So., why only 3 stars? It is getting increasingly difficult to find a replacement Fitbit One that works. I've purchased two on eBay so far that haven't worked. So as the Fitbit Ones out in the community get older, the batteries are starting to die and are not easy to replace. So keep that in mind as you shop for Fitbit Ones on eBay - be sure to select ones that have been tested, have a battery replaced already, or can be returned.

    Love this Fitbit

    I did not want to wear a Fitbit in lieu of my watch so I opted for the Fitbit One and am really glad I did. It measures slightly less than 2-1/2 inches, in the clip. It can be comfortably worn clipped to (in my case) a bra or clipped to your pants pocket or waistband. I clip it on and forget about it. All activity is tracked and stored on their website, it is so easy. If you, don't to wear the wrist band this is an excellent choice. I love it!

    She gave up too soon!

    As a refurbished product with a fabulous price tag, this is just like brand new. The box is even undamaged! Synchs up without a hitch to phone or computer. I just wonder about the woman who climbed 30 flights of stairs and walked 7,347 steps before me. I think she gave up too soon! I am happy to own it! It's fun. I have not activated the "friends" and friendly competition bits or tracking my food and weight. I just wanted a teeny little reminder to get out of my chair before I get too old to do so. At 60, I just need this little boost.

    Great older model FitBit

    This is a great older model Fit Bit with lots of nice features for its age. I would be nice if Fit Bit would up date this model wit some of the newer features. It is one of the Few Fit Bits you don't have to wear on your wrist.
