The Wrong Diamond/Tsavorite bracelet was shipped to me which the Authenticator did not catch so, again the wrong bracelet was authenticated. Seller was Very Professional with Excellent Communication. After having the bracelet authenticated and certified by my Jeweler, I decided to keep the bracelet. A Partial Refund was given including tax which was Very Nice. Overall, what started out as a BIG disappointment turned out Really Great in the end.
