The item arrived well packed and on time. unfortunately the bolt holes in one of the uprights did not align. I informed the seller and received a very prompt response. The matter is now resolved and I am delighted with the step. It has made such a difference to the safe access to stuff that needs attending to above my normal reach.

Quality product, only problem was it didn’t come with instructions and the video provided on e-bay is for a different model with different fastenings and shows a spanner and Allen key provided, neither were, but neither could be used anyway! You need a decent vice and spanner to assemble and in my case a neighbour to do it!
