    What appears to be a frosted coating.....?

    I will not be able to use this screen as intended due to a poorly applied 'frosted coating' on the glass. I say frosted because I do not know how else to describe it. It has the same appearance as frosted glass does. It covers the central two-thirds of the glass leaving the outer one-third clear without a frosted look. At best I will be able to use it as a template to make 6x7; 6x9, and 6x12 masks to use with roll film backs. An expensive template to say the least!

    not as advertised!!!

    it did not fit right into my camera as advertised...i have had to take it to a glass shop and have it ground down to the right size for my arca swiss 4x5 camera.
