Starting with the communication all the way till the watch was delivered, I received nothing but excellent customer service. Extremely happy with the watch and the upgrades I purchased. I cant think of a better-looking watch I could purchase for the same amount of money. Quality packaging, and authenticity docs to top it off. If your thinking of buying a used Rolex, don’t look anywhere else. I will be coming back
