5 days after purchasing the item I messaged and ask for an update when my item shipped. This is where the nightmare began. This lady who kept referencing herself as Sargent was very rude, and unpleasant. She called me names and after I reported her she said she was glad to see I have a pair. I asked a simple question and she flipped out, at one point I had to make clear that Sargent or not that had nothing to do with me and me following her orders. I support our military but not any disrespect

I put this item in my shopping cart until I found out it's almost twice the price as it is from the dealer. I removed it from the cart and ordered the belt an compressor. I got email confirmation for the 2 items I DID order. A week and a half later I get an email saying the tensioner that I didn't order was shipped. Tried to contact seller to see what happened.
