We have bought several Dyson vacuums over the years. (including a few refurbished ones). Just a few things to note: 1/ this is a good price compared to new, but it is used. 2/ The cabinet top adapter is not included in the package even though its prominently advertised in the photos. 3/ Our docking station came assembled, without the hardware (screws) and without the instruction card. I had to disassemble it and provide my own screws and plugs to mount it. Otherwise, we are really happy.

Feels cheap.

The device is very cheap, the tank is very small. I have my doubt this product will live long. I cannot find the model V11B online. Power cord was difficult to set in.
