The steps to retrieve songs is very involved and confusing. Ex. If you select "scramble all" you need to reset every time you turn it on and that's if you can find it again. If you don't select all it will only play songs of that album than shut off. I owned an older model and I loved it. Had a turn dial in front for volume easy to access. I bought two of these - one of the newer models and one of the older models. If this review is for the one pictured - the newer of the discontinued players - I could never get it to work. I finally got it to charge, but then it would not turn on - it was like the player must have been stored over time either subject to extreme heat or cold and the buttons - on/off and volume up/down - were frozen and would not move. This one was still in it original box, never opened until I did so.I bought two of these - one of the newer models and one of the older models. Very nice once you are use to it....
This is my second fuze+ , the first one lasted me 7 years in harsh environment until the jack failed and could not be fixed. Controls are "touchy" but predictable after a time to adjust.
