    GREAT FEATURES, TRICKY INTERFACE

    This is a nice MP3 Player, with good sound and lots of features, but the touch surface is tricky to learn. It helps to run the calibration program in Settings, but even after that, I would not recommend trying to drive while choosing something to listen to. My Zen Mosaic had buttons that you could run by feel without taking your eyes off the road, but you must look at this one to control it, and the touch screen is finicky enough that you don't always get it to cooperate the first try.

    I purchased this item as a gift and the recipient just loves this Creative Zen MP3 player. Creative makes great products with tons of options that are easy to use. This is a great gift for anyone wanting a top quality MP3 player that doesn't want to spend the extra money for an IPod. I myself have had both and personally I adore my Zen. Great product, great quality & design, tons of features/options, battery life with constant use 8hrs and all this at a great value.

    Pretty Good

    I like everything about this player, except for the following. While you can just drag and drop, in windows explorer, it's own file transfer software is, as always, HORRIBLE. The touch screen is slow. (I would suggest sticking with real buttons, until Creative improves firmware/hardware. Volume control is not easily accessible. Lacks a proximity sensor, so the touch screen lock must be engaged manually. This later model does not record from FM radio. In short, while this is a nice player, Creative definitely took a couple of steps backward with this model.

    Great alternative to Ipods.

    I have always been a creative fan, and this product is a reason why. I love the fact that I was able to pull the micro sd card out of my phone as soon as I got it and played music right from the card and then could transfer stuff from the micro sd card to the mp3 player without needing a computer. The touch screen isn't quite sensitive enough for my liking but is still a great product.

    Creative please get back into making these players

    This is the best MP3 player out there. I use it for several hours every day to listen to audio books.
