I wished I was contacted regarding reason for cancellation of order (if it was size not available, I would have opted for a bigger size bag and pay the difference. The vendor stated as he get sent a sack full in different sizes so customers should accept larger pieces. Seller stated he would send a return postage voucher but never did. What a disappointment vendor. I dont have a machine that can chop large chunks of dry root to fines.
