4 mm diameter x 1 meter long Nitrile (synthetic rubber) strip. Variation is +0.25 mm and -0.02 around the 4 mm nominal diameter, which is more than I anticipated. (A diameter tolerance is not specified in the listing.) Length is about 60 mm longer than specified, which is a pleasant surprise! I ordered 3x diameters. All three strips were coiled together and in a package about 120 mm long, so the strips have bends. I can probably straighten them out with a little heat and some rubbing.
