I have no problem with this seller. What was not under the sellers control was the manufacturing. The Filament was not easy to work with. This Filament seemed to fight everything I did. It wouldn't adhere and curled up and rat nested at 200 deg. I turned it down to minimum of 190 deg and got it to adhere and the layers looked good. But as it got higher, it wouldn't adhere to itself and broke easily. This Filament is poorly made and is near impossible to use

Contacted seller due to discrepancy. Seller sent red filament, not SILK RED. I requested a prepaid return label and was countered with a 50% refund. I declined the refund and still no return label. I requested eBay intervention and was provided a return label. Awaiting my refund. This has been in the works since the initial purchase. Bottom line, the seller failed at communication and customer service.
