Ebay charged me Indiana sales tax on shipping. That is probably illegal? If they didn't pay Indiana,I know it is.

The control board you sent in for repair was damaged beyond repair. We did notify you of this and you were refunded immediately and before you left this feedback. EBay charged you sales tax - Indiana does apply sales tax to shipping costs.

Verified purchase

After sending item and paying for return shipping. Seller was not able to repair the item. The reason they sent me was Repair was canceled. I never canceled. A tag on the item read your part could not be remanufactured because remanufactur ing process not available. I spent $28 shipping for nothing. They never tried to do a repair they just sent it back. The description was for a repair. I guess they don't do that.
