After 4 days of waiting for item to ship this is the response I received when I reached out to seller "...our account was compromised... Fraudulent activity was reported. We must assume zero liability to protect our customers and our business... the auction amount paid was not authorized by our store. Please be advised the price for this necklace is $2000.00 dollars. If you still wish to purchase please do so..." Ebay will not confirm.Follow-up from: x***m- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.So I guess the seller’s account is no longer “compromised.” The item appeared on eBay again almost immediately after I received the seller’s above quoted response. Makes me wonder what the real story is. BTW I offered $1600... And if the account was “compromised “ why did no one contact me immediately? This story would have been more plausible if I had been notified right away, not 4 days after I made payment!I . Makes me wonder if the seller is14k Yellow Gold Custom choker Style necklace (#174387991368)
