    Happy Listening….

    The disc was in great condition, music was phenomenal- some great renditions- the ‘Bob’ we grew up with. I did expect it to come in its jewel case, I guess, but a) I get it, b) know better next time to curb my expectation : )

    Good gap-filler, but ...

    Until Bob Seger relents and allows his early 70s stuff to see wide release, this "series" will have to do. Vol. I (there is no promise of Vol. II so far as I can tell) provides some of the better cuts from Seven (the best missing album) as well as some newer cuts not released. But he has tampered with the oldies, and are not true to the originals. But it's all Seger, so it's all good.

    Early Seger Volume 1

    Good Variety of early unreleased songs. To be excellent it could have added some rarer and earlier songs. Get out of Denver and U.M.C are early songs but better versions can be found on live bullet. Days when the rain would come is real good. Overall a good listen to his earlier years but could have gone earlier.
