    Not just for CEOs or Executives!

    I bought this book today after listening to it on audio. Susan Scott has experience, knowledge and a good dose of humanity. I recommend having both the book and the audio as being able to listen over and over again is very helpful while being able to reference the pages and sections she mentions is invaluable. I am working on my "assigned homework' as I write this, thankful for Susan and her ability to make me really look at myself. You will love this book if you are willing to look inward, even though it may be difficult to do so. Life changing for me... at least that is my intention!

    This book shares a powerful way to connect with the world around me.

    Love this book! I actually bought these copies to give away to some people at work, including my boss. I'm wanting to incorporate this way of being into my work environment. I'm on staff at a good sized church, and I think this could be really valuable in helping us accomplish our vision to impact our area for Christ.

    A tool of life

    This book really helps you handle important conversations...you know...the conversations that you continually avoid because they may lead to confrontation, awkwardness, or a misunderstanding. The book guides you through managing those difficult conversations in a successful manner. I've bought about 10 copies over the last few years to give as a gift.
