Listed item wasn’t the one supplied, compatibility listed my device but didn’t fit, made a mistake trying to get the refund through ebay and was told to contact seller directly and that there was nothing ebay would do. Was told to send the battery, wouldn’t pay for postage even though seller was at fault. Sent the item, 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund, no response from seller since. Lost 17£…
