    Works too well

    It works for cleaning out everything, and helps with water retention and constipation. However, do not reccomend daily intake. Tried that and ended up severely dehydrated. Drink tons of water if you want to flush everything out. But do not do this longer than a few days unless you have some maaaajor retention. Honestly should consult a dr first, despite never doing that with any other supplement! More like a once a week thing! Haha

    Milk Thistle is always good so I like this product because it also has the dandelion and yellow dock because they are good for the liver, too. This makes it a good purchase for your money.

    spring organ's cleaning: dandelion and other herbs and roots are used to clean organs after heavy meals from winter. It is done in spring to renew liver and kidneys functioning. Excellent product.
