    21st Century Potassium Gluconate is an awesome product!! It is great for those who are doing the keto diet and if you are deficient in potassium. I get a lot of cramps in my feet during my sleep and the potassium glyconate helps to alleviate cramps while i am sleeping. gluconate also helps you to sleep so i take it during the afternoon so i will have good rest at night. I also recommend for those who have a potassium deficiency. it is awesome!!

    This is ONLY a 2 day supply of the MIN Daily FDA Adult requirement of K

    Only has 90mg K per pill and 550 Pot Glu. They should put this fact in the ad header and not the fine print. A cup of hot or cool natural coco made from cocoa powder has 1500 mg K. and 100g bakers yeast (one table spoon full) contains 2000 MG all natural K and costs only pennies per pound. Goes great with a protein shake. Fact is you need 5 grams a day of K per day Per the FDA so you would need about over 50 of these pills per day so it is only 2 days worth of K per bottle. NOT GOOD!

    Positive results says a great deal about a product

    I am scheduled for surgery, but my lab showed that my potassium level is to low right now to have the procedure. I started taking this product just 3 days ago and my follow up lab showed that my level is rising and if it keeps rising as such, I will be able to undergo the procedure on time.
