Great to do business with, however the packaging was not very good. Both ends of the reel are broken. Still usable just a little harder to use. It did have fragile on the cardboard wrapped around the wire. That didn't help. A real box might help.

Both ends of the plastic spool, holding the wire, was totally destroyed during shipping. The minimal cardboard wrapper “was virtually worthless”. I had to create a “spool” two plywood end caps, connected with a dowel rod to contain the wire.
