Didn't come with batteries and was in plain packaging (unlike a previous genuine remote I bought that had duracells batteries included and sky branding printed its box,) so i'm a little suspect it is indeed 'real' as described. However it does work ok, so I am happy with the product and it was certainly cheap (with free p&p.)

Don't generally leave bad feedback but this deserved it. Item does not necessarily fit all the models listed, depending on initial car spec. No mention of this. Seller expects buyer to pay for their errors and lack of clarity on listing. Claims shipping is free but then will not give a full refund. Did offer a replacement but only if I paid postage charges to return the old and post the new. Terrible experience and will leave you out of pocket. AVOID!!
