These are Jolly brand clamps and appear to be a well made version of the Breeze constant torque clamp. Hard to tell if or what flavor SS the screw and Belleville washers are made of, but all are magnetic, time will tell if they rust or not. This is a good and safe place to shop, would certainly stop here again for needed hardware items at great prices!
