The DVD was shipped in a padded USPS envelope which did little or nothing to protect the DVD case. Case is a mess; however, the DVD was not damaged. You might want to re think how you send out a DVD and put it in a box or hard cover around it at least if you are going to use an envelope.

The description of this movie says region free, but there is a label on the unopened movie that says "Region B" which will not play on my Region A player and so I have not yet tried it. I have purchased from this seller before, with no problem, positive feedback, A+++ highly recommend . I'm confident this one will be resolved.
