It rotates smoothly, without feeling loose. Definitely a good value for the money, and Supramachinetool refunded the duplicate shipping charge as they said they would when I called them. (I bought 2 handles and each one specified a per-piece shipping charge) Seller experience was very positive.

I contacted them to verify they had the correct one in stock. They had 2. I purchased both and arranged to have them overnighted, Allen took care of it and I had the parts the next morning.
