I haven't received this item yet. I tried calling about 5 times since I ordered and messaging Capital Gear, but they have not called me back and their message responses are not detailed and vague. I purchased 2 remo conga heads. One of them is an 11.75 inch and the other is a 12.5 in. So far, I have only received the 11.75. The problem is that I got an email saying that both items were delivered. Not true. I hope someone can help me either get my money back or help me with some answers.

They advertised an 18" Bodhram. That's what I paid for. I was shipped a 12" Bodhram. When I went back to the listing Ebay said the listing had changed. It is now showing a 12" Bodhram. I contacted the vendor and sent the photos they asked for. I asked for the difference in price from what they advertised between the two sizes. This vendor said EBay was responsible for the wrong information and I had to take it up with them. This vendor was not very helpful.
