Was looking for a replacement equivalent to my Miele S8 and Richard at McHardy vacuum was extremely helpful helping me choose a model. It arrived super fast and when it did the wand didn't stay locked and I emailed back and within days I had a new wand sent out under warranty. Everything is working great so far and it's pretty much the same as my S8. Much better service than my local Miele supplier would have provided! Highly recommend.
