Not faulting the seller, the item was still in new condition.. but it was shipped in a bag instead of a box, and the bag was ripped during shipping revealing what was inside. It was a gift and the recipient was the one that checked the mail that day. I was disappointed the surprise was ruined. The postal service needs to be more careful, they don't seem to care about people's mail.
