Absolutely fantastic experience. A bit pricier than I’d hoped, but the item arrived almost a week earlier than expected (Japan to the US in two business days!), with above and beyond packaging (double bubble wrapped in a cardboard box, all inside a bubble wrap envelope), and a sweet personalized message inside (in English!). 11/10, one of the best online purchasing experiences I’ve ever had.
