All in good working order - works superbly with MS Surface and ok with MacBook Pro (usual MacBook issue re-2 screens on one thunderbolt port), but have a decent workaround to extend to 2 displays. Both machines can use all other ports including Ethernet without issue. Had a Dell dock before - did not like MacBook or surface much. Decent job all round.
