If Hermes hadn’t have damaged the item it would have been a perfect sale as the seller was prompt from start to finish. I did however think the item was going to be bigger as it said large but for the price it’s still a lovely item

I contacted the seller, whom kindly offered a very reasonable discount considering it was not really their fault in this circumstance, to save postage of the item back and all the hassle (and probably a negative review). I was impressed how quickly the matter was resolved to my satisfaction with no quibble. Great service. And partial refund made promptly too. I’d obviously have preferred no damage.
