Halo Legends seven stories of mediocrity
This DVD has seven stories from the halo universe each done in a different style. So what does than mean? It means you will like some, and hate the rest! I can honestly say I regret this purchase. The first story a is basicly a lengthy narration that will probably put you to sleep, but is full of background info for those to lazy to read the halo books. Another story is supposed to be a comedy that kinda falls flat. They could have gotten RvB to do it right! Another is supposed to be a samurai story that is ruined by the blurry filter they put it through. A few of the others work out ok, but the only one worth watching is the full CG one with our buddy master chief and a few other spartans in tow. 3 out of 10This DVD has seven stories from the halo universe each done in a different style. Awesome Anime style animation, great storylines, and plausible characters make this feature a definite must have for fans of the HALO videogame series, or those who just enjoy watching Anime

My son loves all of the halo games and has played them so much that he's beat them, so when we saw this he definintely had to have it. he says its a great way to learn about the full story behind halo. He highly recommends it to anyone who loves the halo games. Its something that he (being 14) and his little brother (being 2) can sit and watch together peacefully for all most 2 full hours and both be happy, which is a big plus for me. lol There is no bad language in it but there is some violence but if you know anything about the games then thats to be expected, but it was still a very good animated movie with 8 individual shows on it. I do even have to say that its even gotten me more intrested in the entire halo thing because it has a pretty good story line behind it that you would ...
