Fast ship! Product was defective as seen in pictures below. Gave it more than 36 hours on a flat surface to rise into shape, but the shape stayed just as it was when unpackaged. Pillow could not be used. Took two emails and a threat of a negative review to get seller to respond. They didn't say sorry for defective product, just that I was ignorant because memory foam takes days to come into shape. The pillow has been sitting for five days without any change.

OMG - what a joke! You call this a pillow and dare to sell this garbage? Ticked off beyond words. I am disabled. I shop online because I am not able to get to stores. This was removed from the box and bag you sent this in. 4 days and still has not fluffed up and it is harder than a ROCK!!!!! If I could get to post office - I would be returning piece of garbage you call a pillow!! Orthopedic? what a joke!
