Initial cylinder purchase was lost in shipment. Seller was communicative, but not exactly helpful, saying that eBay would handle it (and eBay was saying the seller would handle it). I purchased a second cylinder and it arrived on time and performed well. Although I know the lost shipment was not the fault of the seller and I did appreciate the communication, I was unhappy with the follow through on their end as it resulted in taking almost 30 days for the item to arrive.

In most case if package lost, we will contact buyer as soon as we knew, and ask buyer whether can wait a few days for UPS search if buyer is not urgent need the part because in most case UPS will find out the lost package and continually shipping to buyer.
If buyer told us can't wait. we will send 2nd one at once if we have it in stock. If we don't have it in stock , it might take a longer time to get it.
