It was advertised as a 6 TB drive but upon setting it up it actually was an 8 TB drive. Awesome. I also appreciated the fact that it was plug and play (preformatted to a Mac). Saved me a lot of set up time and learning how to do it properly., I would purchase this drive again (when needed). I highly recommend you - as a matter of fact i have told my son and several of my friends of this drive. You may get a number of orders from them.

I did a full surface scan on all the drives and, while one ended up having a bad sector, the seller was very responsive and handled the RMA, sending me a replacement that scanned good.
