We were able to ship this item the same day it was ordered, it made it to the postal distribution center where it was stuck for 11 days before delivery.

When I purchased the piece from ebay I realized about an hour later that ebay had sent them the wrong mailing address. I knew I had plenty of leeway time to either alert Nash or ebay. I tried both, no response. OH yeah, try to get a hold of ebay . I still recommend Nash co. , just make sure all your information is correct.
