I’m very satisfied with the purchase from this seller. The remote arrived earlier than promised and was packaged well enough that it would have survived a flood! I feel the remote was fairly priced and is in perfect working condition. I’m very glad I found it as the scale (ideal for our needs) is discontinued by the manufacturer, but our remote fell and broke.     Smallest plain paper printer on the market is GREAT!

    If you are looking for the smallest possible form factor, object to becoming a thermal paper junkie, and won't need to do a lot of multi-page print jobs with your portable, the Canon BJC50 remains the best choice on the market, even in 2006, years after it was first released. Features include: excellent print quality (b/w or color); infrared capability and great battery life (which largely eliminate the need to lug around power adaptor or any cables whatsoever); decent speed and reliability; and available optional through-feed scanning head. All this in a sleek package (12"x4 1/2"x2") just over half the size of the smallest plain-paper model out there today (Canon iP90). The primary drawback of this model, manual single-sheet feed, can be overcome by use of the optional add-on ...

    Excellent Traveling Printer

    I have used these in the past and was always impressed with their small size, light weight and print quality. Great for travel or mobile operations. The one I purchased was brand new but the model 50 has long been replaced with newer models. This sells new for around $250 and I purchased it for much MUCH less. I also purchased a scanner cartridge for this printer that will enable me to scan documents and email the captured file from my laptop while on the road. The technology is now aged but it still works for me. If you need a portable computer that will fit in a briefcase with your laptop I would highly recommend this durable little printer or any of its successor models, 55, 70, 80, etc..

    BJC 50 Canon Printer

    I have in the past purchased for my own use in traveling, a BJC 50, a 55, and an 80. I like the smaller ones for compactness. This BJC 50 prints well but is very slow, which may be the infrared connection which I always use. I will check it further. I like the fact it runs on battery and uses infrared so there are no cords to bother with.

    Great design, great performance-- A+++ product!

    I've had one of these printers for about 8 years now, and it's still going strong. With its compact design, long-lasting battery, and cable-free infrared connection (which can be updated for newer computers without IRDA), it's great for traveling. The auto feeder is great if you need to print multiple pages. I love this printer as an object--it's designed so well, everything's where it should be and there's nothing that's not needed. No problems to report; feeder jams from time to time like every feeder. Very dependable; I'd definitely recommend it.

    A big printer in a small package.

    I needed a small portable printer for travel to print boarding passes,flight info etc. and inexpensive if lost or stolen,this printer fills the bill perfectly.It is small compact,can run on on board battery and the print quality is great.No real negatives except it is a bit dated,but who cares.The Canon design people thought this one through very well.The printer takes two cartridges one color one black and white for maximum life.
