Catalytic converter for Volvo v50, Part did not fit, had to severely modify. Cut off original flange and weld to new exhaust, it was then too short still, had to extend about 4”. Buyer beware; was not shipped from NY , but canada. Shipping was much longer than originally anticipated, and seller did not update tracking info until I reached out asking about my part. Then emailed about my issue and still no reply.

How much more clearer does our listing have to be? ULEV w. B5244S4 Engine Only. You order the wrong part then get upset that you got the wrong part? Please make that make sense for us. Then instead of reaching out to get a replacement you modify it and get upset you modified a part that is meant for a completely different car to make fit yours. Please stop your non-sense we are not going to get abused for your mistake.

This part did not fit as advertised. When I contacted the seller about replacing they were slow at replying stating they were on holiday and said they would give me a “slight reimbursement.” When I asked what the reimbursement would be, they took awhile to reply back. When I told them I would need to give them a bad review if I didn’t hear back from them they said “your threatening won’t get you very far” and offered a $20 reimbursement. I ‘m appalled by their customer service. Not good business

We were open to helping you out. Either with reimbursement or a replacement or a refund. You threatened us with a bad a review because we didn't reply to you over a weekend/National holiday. Please look at your own actions. In life in general threatening people won't get you far, that is correct. Exercise some patience and common sense.
