    L L Bear's Island Adventure

    I bought this book because I collect L L Bean bears. It is a short, simple children's story. L L Bear decides to have a picnic with his animal buddies before winter comes. A good showcase for how "outdoorsy" L L is (with his kayak and L L Bean garb). The climax comes when the bear rescues a young seal during a storm. I look forward to reading it to my nephew. An exciting and fun book for children, and yes, I enjoyed it, too!
