    Excellent phone

    Very happy with this phone. Can easily get 3 plus days on a charge. Easy to use, touch screen is very sensitive which I love and the processor is very fast. Good price for this phone would definitely recommend.

    Underwhelmed

    My understanding was the S21 Ultra phone was like new quality or from a restocked opened box. However, the back panels on the phone had hairline cracks. The screen display periodically gets distorted when scrolling in various apps and internet browsers. I could overlook these two issues. Unfortunately, the battery life is significantly less than my 4 year old S10 which is extremely annoying. The phone does not last a day without needing a charge. I use power saving mode and this still does not allow for a full day use. This is phone is not "like new" as described in the listing.

    Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G lightweight with great features

    Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G Unlocked. Great Price, Pairs with my hearing aids, Phone is slim & fits perfectly in my hand, easy to set-up & great features. Very happy with my purchase. There is no space for an SD card but there are ways to get around that with different attachments, flash drive. etc.

    This Galaxy is a keeper!

    My new Galaxy S21 Ultra is my first Samsung handset. I have to say that it is brilliant! The phone performance is a big improvement over my previous handset, and I finally am getting 5G is some spots. The cameras are amazing, the apps all respond so quickly, and even the lock screen is gorgeous. The colors and the animation are so eye-catching, I will not change it. I hope to be enjoying this one for a long time. The build quality seems to be top-notch, and the battery went five days for me, before I charged it for the second time.

    Great phone with excellent camera

    Great phone for a better price than found elsewhere. Very happy with the Samsung Galaxy series phones; just replaced an S8+ with the S21 ultra. Very easy transition and quite happy with the camera; takes excellent pictures.
