    the best of the best

    this is the best exercise video series I have ever followed . The teacher is excellent, no downtime listening to instruction he starts you off, moving immediately with very clear instructions that can be followed as you move. I am 69 and the pace is perfect for me. With traditional exercise I tend to end up with tendinitis, but not with this method. I have been following this teacher this for a couple of weeks every morning, and feel stronger and better. I absolutely love the movements and the gorgeous scenery in the background. I look forward to each session which is a big deal as I dislike exercise. Qi Gong is more like a dance but this series gives it to you in simple movements. I cannot recommend this teacher more highly.
