It’s got a bind in it and it didn’t get done like that in shipping the box it came in is not bent up

Looks as though the box was hit on its end damaging the rail. Was absolutely new without damage when shipped. Would have taken care of it if I would have received any contact. Sorry for the shipping issues. I typically have no shipping issues but it does happen. Again sorry for the problem.
