    Great to prevent your eyes having problems as we age! Read my review!

    I've been taking 50,000 units a day for 25 years. I'm 67. Everyone else I know has suffered from vision getting worse, and has to wear glasses for either nearsightedness or farsightedness or both, and their night vision has suffered too, but My vision is still perfect. I still don't have to wear glasses at all. My family keeps asking me what's my secret, but I can't tell because doctors warn us from taking 'too much' vitamin A. Well, maybe A LOT isn't 'too much'. I weigh 250, so consider how big you are before upping your dose.
