    verkäufer lässt rücksendekosten entgegen gesetzlicher bestimmungen vom käufer tragen. entspricht ca. 50% des kaufpreises. zu einem guten verkäufer gehört ein guter service der die rückabwicklung mit einschließt. leider ist dies hier nicht der fall. sehr bedauerlich. der erwerb erfolgte jedoch wie bei den meiste VK problemlos. dann endete das bemühen. schade

    Der Käufer hat versehentlich eine falsche Schlüsselnummer bestellt, wollte den Schlüssel (Gesamtwert 12,00) dann zurücksenden und geht über das Ebay Portal. Ebay will ihm ein Paketlabel verkaufen (7,00), weil er den Schaden selbst erzeugt hat. Ohne uns um eine Lösung zu bitten, damit wir seinen Schaden übernehmen, was wir getan hätten, bewertet er uns sofort negativ. Was können wir überhaupt noch tun, um fair behandelt zu werden.Er löscht die Bewertung auch nicht, obwohl er alles verschuldet hat
