We’ve been an excellent seller for over three years. This customer has been belligerent the whole entire transaction. We have not been able to reason or resolve anything calmly. The item was getting shipped from our warehouse to us and was damaged. I offered to replace it with a better item. They said no, so I went to cancel the item and refund them.
