Handy to switch between two different GK13 devices, or in my case, on GK13 and another GK13 going into a converter to GK Serial. Solid Roland footswitch as you'd expect.

Playing 3-instruments at once using the Roland US-20
The A/B and Both functions of this buffered switch box allow the instrument player to mix tones from two different synthesizers or choose one or the other synth. In my case I like the effect of being able to use the Nylon String patch on the BOSS-10 while simultaneously introducing a light Flute background patch from the GR-55. The switch on the BOTH setting achieves any mix of any two instruments simultaneously, and even a third could be added if the GK-3 is set to split the guitar input between the guitar's native pickups and the GK-3 divided pickup.TThe A/B and Both functions of this buffered switch box allow the instrument player to mix tones from two different synthesizers or choose one or the other synth. Roland US-20 does the job, all be it a little noisy when switching between 2 synth units. A bit overpriced compared to other aftermarket switchers. I'd Grade this a B- to a C+

Works very good but strange design on cable attachment
Seems to be working well. One strange thing is the 13 pin cables go in upside down, meaning the push button to disconnect is on the bottom. None of my other devices - Gr-55, Sy-1000 or any of my GK guitars are set up this way. It’s very awkward to have to lift the unit in order to disconnect the cable. Probably should have been designed differently. Otherwise works fine.

a must for multiple GK equipped devices

Roland US-20 Must Have if Running 2 Synth Pedals
If you are running two GR55s then you absolutely have to have a US-20. Very easy to use. This gives you the ability to really sound full with totally different sounds coming out of your Gr55s.
