I am trying to purchase an actual roll and cannot effectively communicate that need to the seller. I'll have to find a different product to meet my needs. So they offered a 1/2 price discount for the item I cannot use.
Kindly asked for the Correct Colour to be sent.
Then after 2 more emails and complaining to Ebay, they refunded me in Full for the item.
