This is a three (3) piece gear shifter, which I didn't realize when I ordered it. I do not like the design but when I contacted the seller they were very fast to respond. They ended up refunding half of the price and I modified the gear shift to make it work. Their customer service was very fast to respond and seemed to want to make sure I was satisfied.
