Pretty nice! I do not really like that the pads are memory foam, since it makes no sense for headphones, but I like that the pads are cloth since that means they will not peel like the original ones the headphones came with.They fit perfectly, you just need a small plastic pry tool like a credit card or guitar pick to gently pry the old pads off and snap the new ones on. No glue, no screws or anything like that. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
