Great communicator and negotiator. Packaged was packed very nicely and my product arrived completely safe and extra bubble wrapped. My only issue is ( and maybe I missed it in the photos or description ) there were some "Pen Marks" on cover where someone had traced or written a picture or letter on top of cover. Overall great buying experience and would buy from again.
