I ordered this item 11/09/23 item was scheduled to arrive on 11/18/23 from the U.S. to the U.S, this item was not received until 11/25/23. I sent the seller a message that a return label was needed because I would be returning the item but no label was sent to me. When I picked the item up at the Post Office the seal had been cut and the package opened. I refused the item. I should have known better than to pay for an item when no shipping information was available until after I paid.

We have no control over the shipping carrier's timelines. Your item was packaged neatly and securely before leaving our facility. The delayed arrival and opened package issue lie with the postal service, not us. It seems you're looking for a reason to back out of this purchase, possibly scheming to get a refund while raising issues that are beyond our control. This was not new as claimed. It was out of the protective plastic with dog hair all over it. It had creases on the top where it folds indicating months of use and it was locked and unable to to used as there was a Google account set up requiring a password to activate phone. May have been a warranty replacement. Very disappointed as the seller never responded to multiple messages. Do not do business with this seller unless you don't mind risking getting ripped off.
